It's that time of the year when we look back at the most memorable events of last year.
When 2021 had a lot of global challenges and setbacks, 2022 did not slow down from this. Russia's attack on Ukraine accelerated these in terms of business and humanitarian. It seems pointless to repeat the events of 2022, so instead, I wanted to list selected Dieta's events in 2022.
It was a year Dieta partners and Genier made it happen
One year again, our superb partner network drove the growth of Dieta kettles in several different markets. Thanks to them, more and more kitchens can enjoy the benefits of Genier ACE and GO! They are conquering the world!
It was a year of the exhibition's return
Also, Dieta kettles have been on the stand all around the world. From our home soil Finland to another side of the world in New Zealand - also many places between. Some of the largest exhibitions in the respective areas that Genier kettle traveled with us or to our partner stand were Gastro Nord in Nordics, Internorga in Europe, and FHA in Asia.
Dieta Blog has had a strong year
Dieta Blog has achieved a place with Dieta fans. The Blog posts talked about events, people, and different technical topics around Dieta kettles. This year's top blog posts were:
1) Introduction of Samu, which just popped out of popular person presentations. It is a pleasure to note that the Dieta team attracted regular attention.
2) Dieta Mixing hook - Besides our team, the blog series where Dieta Mixer Tool introduced itself was among the popular ones.
3) Blog discussing basics of Steam Jacketed kettle - There has been a significant interest in understanding indirect heating efficiency advantages against direct heating or induction-based tunings.
It was a year Dieta made it happen
The year was crazy with a global shortage of components and constantly uncertain delivery times of materials and components. In addition, Corona pandemic caused mandatory quarantine periods for people. Regardless of these challenges for manufacturing, you, our customer, received the Dieta kettle as promised. Dieta delivered over 95% percent at the exact date of promise in 2022.
We in Dieta continued to drive our work with sustainability improvements
1) We have made several improvements to our production, from new led lights to updating our production equipment. Once again, we rated our team in Dieta with the highest ratings in Employee Satisfaction and Safety Surveys.
2) We have followed our ISO9100 and ISO1400 standards to help improve our efficiency, customer satisfaction, and environmental performance.
3) We keep operating profitably and take care of our financial obligations flawlessly, ensuring the continuity of our company. Once again, this has been recognized with credit classifications for several consecutive years.
