The system, launched last year, was integrated into one of Casa Gourmet’s kettles to provide real-time temperature monitoring during production. This advanced feature ensures even greater precision in cooking processes, reinforcing product consistency and quality.
“The opportunity to be involved in the Sense360 pilot was fruitful. It allowed us to explore a new way to utilize a more precise temperature management for exceptional quality standards,” says Klemetti.

Since installing Dieta kettles, Casa Gourmet has seen improvements in production efficiency and product quality. The kettles’ versatility has allowed them to soon expand their product range to desserts like mousses and jellies.
The advanced mixing capabilities have been especially beneficial.
