Instructions

Step 1

  • Add all the ingredients
    Add all the ingredients into the kettle and mix them with Dieta Standard Mixing Tool.
  • Step 2

    • Boiling the Food
      Heat the product to near boiling.
    • Step 3

      • Chill the product to 50C
        Chill the product with simultaneous high-speed mixing, introducing air into the mixture. Set Chill to 50 and mix Forward, speed 60.
      • Chill the product to 10C
        Continue to chill the product to the desired end temperature. Chill with very high-speed Forwards by speed from 120 rpm.
