Instructions

  • Soak the lentils over night
  • Place standard tool in the mixing kettle
  • Set core temp at 125°C
  • Add bacon into the mixing kettle, set mixing 40 auto reverse slow, time 5 min
  • Add vegetables, thyme and black pepper, set mixing 40 auto reverse slow, time 5 min
  • Add bay leafs, vinegar, water and salt and stock, set food temperature at 96°C, time 15 min
  • Add chopped parsley and serve
