  • Distilled vinegar 10%0,950 L
  • Syrup (light or brown)1,400 kg

  • Gin 0,500 L
  • Cognac0,500 L

Instructions

  • Step 1
    Place standard tool on mixing kettle
  • Step 2
    Add all other ingredients except alcohol, on auto reverse quick until smooth
  • Step 3
    Set heating 92°C (food) Or 106°C (core), mix on 20 forward only, timer 90min
  • Step 4
    Fill into sterilized glass jars while hot
  • Chefs tip: You can season the mustard with your favorite herbs, berries, fruits and spices
