  • White wine vinegar260 g

  • Oil (rapeseed, sunflower etc)6,1 L
  • Cabbage, strip5,4 kg
  • Red cabbage strip2,3 kg

Instructions

    • Step 1
      Place tools on kettle and add egg, egg yolk, vinegar and mustard.
    • Step 2
      Add oil a little at a time. When mayonnaise is ready, season with salt, sugar, lemon juice and garlic.
    • Step 3
      Change mixing tools and add cabbage and carrot strips, mix.

      You can easily season Coleslaw to your liking, for example with chilies, lime or lemon zest, spices and fruit purees (for example mango puree).
