  • Add water, milk and butter on the kettle, set food temp to 85°C, mixing 60, forward only, time 2 min
  • Set chilling 60°C time 2, mixing 20 forward only
  • Add the eggs, set mixing 100, forward only
  • Mix until smooth and glossy
