Instructions

  • Place standard tool in the mixing kettle
  • Add butter on the kettle, set food temp to 50°C, mixing 60, forward only, time 5 min or until butter is melted
  • Set core 0°C, time 2, mixing 60 forward only
  • Add buttermilk and eggs, mix until smooth
  • Add the dry ingredients (sugar, salt, flour and baking powder), set mixing 100 forward only
  • Mix until smooth
