Part 6: Dieta Washing Tool

You have been already introduced to my versatility, ergonomics, and efficiency in cooking all the different types of recipes, but in addition to cooking, one part of the operation with the mixer kettle is cleaning the kettle. No worries, I have a solution, or actually two solutions, for this too!

My washing tool comes with brushes that just keep cleaning the kettle surface automatically with the help of an integrated mixer. After this, it is simple to finalize the kettle by rinsing with a hand shower. By the way, the hand shower also comes with our kettle!

Dieta washing tools

Dieta Washing tool is available in two versions - one version with brusher for kettle outer ring surfaces and another with brushes also for central axis. Brushes for the central axis provide the same handling for the central axis as for the outer ring.

When cleaning the kettle, remember that I have three different parts, so it is ergonomic to remove me from the kettle. But what is most beneficial, is that you can actually clean my tool parts (up to 300L) in a standard washing machine 500x500 basket.

Automatic washing with Dieta kettle

Steps for automatic washing:

• Tilt the kettle to the emptying position.
• Cool the kettle with the washing hose (careful not to spray the panel) until it is cool enough to touch.
• First, use a plastic spatula to remove any easily detachable food from the inside of the kettle.
• Install the washing tool (accessory) in the kettle. The washing tool consists of two brush sections that are attached to the body of the standard tool, just like the arms.
• Enter the washing program menu and select a washing program.
• Spray some foaming detergent (e.g. Fairy) into the kettle.
• START the washing program.

• When the wash program is ended and the kettle part is cleaned, stop the mixer, tilt the kettle and rinse.

Washing the kettle with the brush tool is significantly less strenuous than washing by hand. In addition, this saves about 80% in water and detergent.

The WASH folder includes the factory's ready-made washing programs, from which you can select the length based on what food was prepared and how dirty the kettle is.

With Dieta Genier kettles you can also create your own washing programs by selecting the Washing Programs as the category of a new program (see Creating programs).

The basic principle for creating your own mixing program is simple:

• Add water to 10% of the total volume and a small amount of washing agent. 
• Set the kettle heating to 40°C. 
• Set the mixer on at the lowest speed. Slowly increase the speed of the mixer until the foam almost reaches the rim.
• Leave this mixing speed on for the preferred time.
