With a background that spans hospitality management education, industrial food production, and consultancy roles at Unilever and HKFoods (one of the largest food producers in Finland), Sami is now starting to shape the future of how we use our professional mixing kettles.

Sami is passionate about running efficient kitchen operations. With his experience in large-scale production recipe development, he has developed a deep understanding of customer needs in high-volume kitchens and how to streamline complex processes while maintaining top-quality standards.
"My background from fine dining to industrial food production gives me a unique perspective. I enjoy approaching challenges in a way that makes processes simpler and more efficient for everyone involved," says Sami.
His expertise lies not only in crafting recipes but in understanding the entire kitchen process. From temperature control to automation, Sami is experienced in finding practical solutions to common kitchen challenges. His approach perfectly aligns with our advanced mixing kettles, which allow chefs to produce consistent, high-quality dishes with minimal effort.
One of the reasons Sami was drawn to working with us was the versatility of Dieta Kettles. He sees these kettles as much more than kitchen tools; they are complete solutions for busy kitchens.
"Our kettles simplify everyday tasks in the kitchen, like making hollandaise sauce without the risk of separation. Outside the professional kitchen, Sami’s passion for food is just as strong. Whether he’s experimenting with new recipes or foraging for mushrooms and berries in the Finnish wilderness, food remains at the heart of his life.
"My signature bolognese sauce, which I've been perfecting since elementary school, could also be cooked in large batches even more efficiently with Dieta kettles. Just like many of my personal favourites, which nowadays are mainly vegetarian and Asian-inspired dishes," Sami shares.
